Who needs a jewelling tool?

A good question! The problem is that you might not need all the tools all the time, or even very often. But when you do, there's simply nothing else that will do the job.

Here, I'm working on a Sicura dive watch and need to resort to my jewelling tool to replace the friction fit ratchet wheel on its EB 8021.68 calibre movement. But I'm going to need it again soon, as there's too much play on the escape wheel, which means that the jewell will probably need repositioning.
